The agent wakes
While the office is still empty, the AR Agent starts its weekly run. No dashboards to open, no reports to remember. It simply begins.
It reads your books
Every open invoice comes straight out of your invoicing platform (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.): client, amount, due date, outstanding balance. Nothing is copied by hand, so nothing is missed.
It checks its own memory
The agent keeps a ledger of every previous chase. It knows Bianchi Impianti is on its third unpaid week and Northgate on its fourth, and that changes what happens next.
It ranks the urgency
Each invoice lands in one of four tiers, purely on how late it is. Clients flagged as sensitive in your CRM are set aside for manual handling. The agent never drafts for them.
It writes the emails
One draft per client, toned to match: a warm nudge at a week late, a final notice past sixty days. A third consecutive chase reads firmer than a first. Every draft lands in your inbox (Outlook, Gmail, etc.), unsent.
Your team gets the summary
One message in your team chat (Teams, Slack, etc.): everything outstanding, ranked by urgency, with a link to each ready-made draft. By the time you've had coffee, the week's chasing is a five-minute review.
